TYPES OF DELIVERY
Free delivery by DPD courier or Omniva parcel machines for orders over EUR 40. For orders under EUR 40, delivery charge EUR 3,50
The parcel is delivered to the address or parcel office indicated. DPD Delivery is on weekdays, Monday to Friday, 9:00-19:00.
On-site pick-up
Pick up your orders at our office at Lubaas street 125A-15, Riga, Latvia.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery by DPD courier:
Delivery times are 1-3 working days. During sales, delivery of items may take a little longer than usual.
Please note:
- Deliveries are made on working days, between 9:00 and 18:00. Please provide a pick-up address where you can be present to receive your order within one working day.
- The delivery address must be as detailed as possible. You must provide any additional information you need, such as the door code, to allow the courier to make the delivery at the promised time. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended.
- Be sure to include a correct telephone number.
- The courier has the right to ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card or driving licence) at the time of delivery to verify the identity of the recipient and to record the last 5 digits of the document number.
Delivery to Omniva
Delivery times are 1-3 working days. During sales, delivery of items may take a little longer than usual.
Pick up at the office:
Orders can be picked up at our office at Lubanas street 125A-15, Riga, Latvia, during working days, 09:00-16:00.
You can pick up your order the next working day after you make your purchase. Orders placed during the sale can be collected after two working days from the date of purchase.
Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to provide proof of identity and your order number.
RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order by sending it by post to the address below. Items must be unused and undamaged, and must be accompanied by a printed order confirmation. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Vitacare International will refund the money received to the payer’s account within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.
If you want to return a product whose purchase gave you a gift (e.g. you received a gift for a certain purchase amount or for a certain product), you must also return the gift you received. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the amount returned.
