iPigments Developer is a special activator designed to work in synergy with iPigments Acid in order to obtain a perfect mixture both in terms of viscosity and ideal pH.

HOW TO USE

TIPS- the iPigments Acid and iPigments Developer mixture, will guarantee a pH lower than 7, to ensure that the natural base will not lift.
